It's been 10 years since I began my journey as a SasuNaru artist (guess I can call myself that at this point). To celebrate this milestone, I want to have a little drawing contest with the theme "The Essence". Anyone interested can participate with one artwork, digital or traditional, as long as you've created it yourself based on the answer you have to the following questions: What is the essence of SasuNaru for you? What is it about SasuNaru that makes your heart flutter (or ache in the best way), brings tears in your eyes, makes you go "agkjaksgaighuaohgp", or whatever other emotional reaction it might awake in you. ;)
Put your answer into the form of an artwork and post it on this event page latest on 31st of October, and you have a chance to win one of these prices: 1. An original A5 sketch commission of your choice (must be sasunaru related). 2. One of Jasus's paperback comic books; My Neighbor Naruto, Behind the Disguise or Step by Step + The Beginning 3. Jasu's SasuNaru 2023 Calendar
Depending on the amount of people attending the contest, there might be a few extra honorable mentions with small surprise prices. ;)

The warm colors of Naruto vs. the cold colors of Sasuke, and how Naruto's body language is open, warm and welcoming whereas Sasuke looks guarded and cautious, their figures fitting with the sun/moon shapes in the background. And your description just adds a cherry on top of the cake~
